Inventronics convened the second quarter business analysis meeting in August 9th. The management and department heads participated in the meeting. The work development situation and plan of marketing, research, manufacture, sales were the focus of this meeting.
Mr. Kuang, the deputy GM, reported the company’s operating status of the second quarter and led the discussion between participants. Everyone actively participated in the discussion. The brain storm drove the problems to be solved more efficiently.
All departments reported the TOP3 Problems and Solutions of the second quarter. This meeting defined the directions of following work, which gives our staff more stress and power to strive for the Inventronics’ better future.
