Inventronics releases two new series of LED drivers offering reduced costs with energy monitoring, the ability to read back crucial driver data and multiple dimming controls. The EUM-320SxxxLx and ESM-320SxxxLx are equipped with Controls-Ready features allowing interoperability to work seamlessly with various sensors and controls for stadiums, industrial, city management systems and horticulture lighting applications.
The EUM-320SxxxLx offers universal input voltage from 90 to 305 Vac and the ESM-320SxxxLx offers high input voltage from 249 to 528 Vac. By releasing these two series together, Inventronics is providing users a complete product portfolio to reduce cost and time by certifying both series at the same time within the same luminaire design.
Both series provide the flexibility to customize the drivers output current to your customer’s needs before, during and after production in a simple and time-saving approach. They supply the full 320W of power at a wide range of output currents from 700 to 7600mA with wireless programming through Near Field Communication (NFC). For additional energy savings, they provide the optimal level of lighting with various isolated dimming options: 0-10V, 10V PWM and multiple timers. For a more uniform and consistent quality of light, they offer users the additional feature of output lumen compensation.
The EUM-320SxxxLx and ESM-320SxxxLx deliver a cost-effective solution to connected lighting with less wiring, removing the need for additional equipment such as AC relays and power packs and provide reduced maintenance with driver health monitoring solutions. Their Controls-Ready Dim-to-Off (DTO) feature distributes light only when needed since no output current will flow from the driver in the DTO state and the Always-On Auxiliary Power of 12V, 250mA can power sensors and wireless modules directly from the driver. To ensure a reliable performance, they include Inventronics proprietary Digital Dimming feature which allows crucial driver health data to be read via a two-way UART communication. They also supply energy monitoring through integrated AC Power Monitoring.
The EUM-320SxxxLx and ESM-320SxxxLx are designed to be robust and reliable options for extreme application conditions typically found in industrial and horticulture applications. They utilize a proprietary encapsulation and deliver industry-leading surge protection of 6kV (differential mode) and 10kV (common mode. They are IP66 and IP67 rated, reinforced with an end-of-life indicator and have a calculated lifetime up to 104,000 hours at a case temperature of 70°C.
Each series provides models constructed with a global cable to reduce inventory SKUs and carrying costs associated with overstocking products (LG models), BIS certification (LB models) and UL Class P certification (LT models) as well as being approved to UL, CE, ENEC, FCC and CB standards.
